Dian Aversano - Owner, Founder
Dian Aversano, Island Details founder, has been creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for residential and commercial clients for decades. Dian’s expertise in design, construction management, and gardening allows her to cater a wide variety of services. She has the ability to realize ideas which transform the plainest of yards into a lush and beautiful space where outdoor living is at its best.

Heather Ortiz - Office Manager
Heather has lived in Kitsap county most of her life and considers her community as an extension of her family. Her background in retail, where she worked in multiple departments, gave her a deep understanding of the importance of the customer experience. She specializes in assessment of complex customer issues and quickly comes to satisfying resolutions for all involved.
“My favorite part of being in the landscaping business is working with our clients to realize their goals. Each one is different, and it is a joy helping them get there. I love to see the transformation of a project from start to finish. I am amazed at all that goes into it and how passionate our crew is for perfection,” Heather exclaims. Heather’s understanding of how important the customer experience is for us is vital and helps complete our Island Details family, creating long term clients that love our work.
Jeff Geehan - Technology and Special Projects Lead
Originally from Texas, Jeff has lived all over the world, an experience which has broadened his perspective and forced him to think outside of the box. In addition, Jeff’s degree from the University of Colorado in Computer Science makes him a perfect fit for the Island Details family. Jeff understands the importance of communication in order to get a job well done. He has customized software suitable for the complexity Island Details' business and implemented crucial infrastructure systems to support the company.
