Spring has sprung, and in the foothills of the Cascades, the tulips of Skagit Valley have faithfully bloomed as they do each year. For the month of April, people can behold miles of tulips that have been farmed in Washington since the early 1900s. The abundance of beautiful tulips present a great opportunity for a day with the family, a date, or even a day to yourself. Farmers welcome visitors from 9am-5pm every day of the week and admission costs $7 per person (6 years and under are free), so make sure to visit the festival before the end of the month!
